Privacy policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
Nutrizma Shop ("Nutrizma", "we", "us") operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal information when you visit, use or buy from the Services, or otherwise contact us. If anything in our Terms of Service conflicts with this policy, this policy applies to how we handle your personal information.
Please read this policy carefully. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood it.
Personal information we collect
"Personal information" means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. It does not include anonymous or de-identified information. Depending on how you use the Services and where you live, we may collect:
- Contact details such as your name, billing and shipping address, phone number and email address.
- Payment information such as card details, transaction details and payment confirmations (card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers).
- Order information such as products you view, add to your cart, buy, return or cancel.
- Communications you send us, for example support emails or contact form messages.
- Device and usage information such as your browser, IP address, device identifiers and how you interact with the Services.
Where we get it from
- Directly from you, when you place an order, contact us or otherwise share it with us.
- Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies when you use the Services.
- From service providers who help us run the Services, such as payment and delivery partners.
- From partners or other third parties, where permitted by law.
How we use your personal information
- To provide and improve the Services: processing payments, fulfilling and delivering orders, handling refunds and cancellations, remembering your preferences and improving our store.
- Marketing: sending you promotional emails or showing you ads, where permitted. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email.
- Security and fraud prevention: protecting our store, customers and payments, and detecting and preventing fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Customer support: answering your questions and keeping in touch about your orders.
- Legal reasons: complying with the law, responding to lawful requests, and establishing or defending legal claims.
How we share personal information
- With Shopify and with service providers who act on our behalf, such as payment processors, delivery companies, IT and analytics providers, customer support tools and cloud storage.
- With marketing and advertising partners, who use it under their own privacy notices. For example, we use Shopify to support personalised advertising based on your activity across merchants. Depending on where you live, you can opt out of this here.
- When you ask us to, or consent to it, for example to deliver your order.
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale, to comply with legal obligations, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights and those of our customers.
Our relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your use of the Services to provide and improve them. Information you submit is shared with Shopify and with third parties that may be located outside your country. Shopify may also use information about your interactions with our store and other merchants to offer enhanced features; in those cases Shopify is responsible for that processing. Learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and exercise related rights through the Shopify Privacy Portal.
Third-party websites
The Services may link to websites and platforms run by others. We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices, so please review their policies before sharing any information with them.
Children
The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it. We do not knowingly "sell" or "share" the personal information of anyone under 16.
Security and retention
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information to us through insecure channels. We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. They are not absolute and may be limited by law.
- Access: ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information.
- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Portability: ask us to transfer your information to you or a third party.
- Opt out of targeted advertising, "sale" or "sharing": you can do this here. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we'll treat it as an opt-out request for that browser and device where required by law.
- Marketing emails: unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. We may still send service emails about your orders.
UK and EEA residents may also object to or ask us to restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent (this does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew).
To exercise your rights, email support@nutrizma.shop. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and you can appoint an authorised agent to act for you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal information, please contact us first. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
International transfers
We may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country where you live. When we transfer personal information out of the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (or the UK equivalent), unless the destination has been found to provide adequate protection.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here, change the "Last updated" date and give notice where the law requires it.
