Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
This right exists in addition to our 80-day money-back guarantee, which is available to every customer.
How to withdraw
Let us know you want to withdraw by sending a clear statement by email to support@nutrizma.shop. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to. To meet the deadline, it's enough to send your message before the 14-day period ends.
What happens next
We'll refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We'll use the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you won't be charged any fees for the refund. We may hold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof of sending them, whichever comes first.
If we ask you to send the goods back, we'll email you the return address and instructions. Please return them without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us about your withdrawal. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
