Welcome to Nutrizma. In these terms, "Nutrizma", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nutrizma Shop, which operates the online store at nutrizma.shop, including all related information, content, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies they refer to (the "Terms"), explain your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting our store, using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Access and use

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live. To place an order you may need to provide information such as your email address and your billing, payment and shipping details. You confirm that this information is accurate, current and complete.

2. Our products

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours and packaging may look slightly different depending on your screen and device settings. Product descriptions may change at any time. We may discontinue a product or limit the quantities sold to any person or region.

Health information. Our products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Content on our website is for general information only and is not medical advice. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before taking any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Use our products only as directed on the label.

3. Orders and cancellations

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and your payment has been received and processed. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock problems; if that happens, we'll let you know using the contact details you provided and refund any payment in full.

Cancellations are handled by email only. To cancel an order, email support@nutrizma.shop with your order number before the order has been processed for shipping. Orders that have already been processed can't be cancelled but remain covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for resale.

4. Prices and payment

Prices, offers and promotions may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Shipping is currently free on all orders. For orders shipped to the United States, prices include all import duties and taxes. For other countries, prices may not include import duties or local taxes charged by your country.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information, and you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. See our Payment Policy for details.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control. Our full delivery terms are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which includes our 80-day money-back guarantee. Customers in the European Union also have the rights described on our EU Withdrawal page.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs and the way they are arranged, belongs to Nutrizma or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any of our content without our prior written permission. The Nutrizma name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

8. Third-party tools and links

The Services may include tools, features or links provided by third parties, which we don't control. They are provided "as is", and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products or content.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify, but your purchase is made directly with Nutrizma. Shopify is not responsible for any part of your purchase from us, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases and transactions with Nutrizma.

10. Privacy

Personal information you share with us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Because our store runs on Shopify, Shopify also processes some information to provide the Services.

11. Feedback and reviews

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews or other feedback, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish and display it for any purpose, including marketing. You confirm that your feedback is your own, is honest, doesn't infringe anyone's rights and that you have disclosed any incentive you received for it. We may remove feedback that is unlawful, offensive or misleading. Please don't use a false identity when submitting feedback.

12. Errors and inaccuracies

Information on the Services may occasionally contain typing errors or inaccuracies, including in product descriptions, prices, promotions or delivery times. We may correct them and update information at any time, and cancel affected orders (with a full refund) if necessary, including after an order has been placed.

13. Prohibited uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: break any law or regulation; infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property; harass, abuse or threaten our staff or other people; submit false or misleading information; send spam or unsolicited advertising; impersonate any person; upload viruses or harmful code; scrape, crawl or collect data from the Services; or interfere with the security or operation of the Services. We may refuse orders from, or restrict access to the Services for, anyone who breaks these Terms.

14. Termination

We may end these Terms or your access to the Services at any time. Any amounts you owe up to that date remain payable. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

15. Disclaimer

Information on the Services is provided for general purposes only. Except as expressly stated by us and to the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutrizma, its team, partners and service providers (and Shopify and its affiliates) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Services or products bought through them. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover any losses, damages or claims (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party that arise from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your misuse of the Services.

18. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed and the remaining parts will stay in full effect.

19. Waiver and entire agreement

If we don't enforce a right under these Terms, that doesn't mean we waive it. These Terms and the policies they refer to are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services and replace any earlier versions.

20. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours, provided this doesn't reduce your rights as a consumer.

21. Disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@nutrizma.shop. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. If we can't resolve a dispute together, you may bring a claim before the competent courts. If you are a consumer, you can also rely on any mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence and bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.

22. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

23. Changes to these Terms

You can review the latest version of these Terms on this page at any time. We may update them from time to time by posting changes here. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
